NG Venice 2025 – Terms & Conditions

Please review and comply with the following terms and conditions:

Transferring Your Ticket

If you need to transfer your ticket, we will be happy to accommodate your request. Please notify us by February 28, 2025, by emailing sales@ng-venice.org. After this date, transfers cannot be processed. If you are unable to attend, please note that refunds will not be issued after February 28, 2025. A refund fee will apply to cover transaction costs.

Photos and Footage

NG Venice 2025 will be filmed for live streaming and recorded content, which will be made publicly available for free. We will also have an official photographer on-site. By registering, you consent to us using any images or footage taken of you during the event.

Social Media

We reserve the right to use quotes and feedback submitted publicly, and we will always fully credit you.

Accessibility

The NG Venice venue is, where possible, accessible to wheelchair users. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please inform us during registration so that we can ensure we meet your needs and provide the necessary support.

Programme

Occasionally, a speaker may need to cancel, and we reserve the right to substitute them with another equally qualified individual. We are confident that you will not be disappointed with the replacement.

Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously. We will never sell or share your personal information with sponsors or third parties. Sponsors may request your details during the conference, but your permission will always be obtained directly through barcode scanners and the personalized barcode on your badge.

Invoices

Invoices for event tickets must be paid by the due date. If payment is not received by the event date, we reserve the right to cancel the ticket and issue a credit note for the original invoice. For delayed payments, a reminder fee of 10% of the invoice amount will be charged for each reminder, with a minimum of 50 EUR excluding VAT.

Code of Conduct

By purchasing a ticket or attending NG Venice 2025, all attendees, sponsors, and speakers agree to comply with our Code of Conduct.
