We are excited to announce that NG Venice 2025 will take place at the Belstay Hotel in Venezia Mestre, a modern and newly renovated facility, perfect for hosting high-profile events like ours. The hotel features spacious conference rooms designed to comfortably accommodate 100–150 attendees, offering elegant and functional spaces that ensure a productive and comfortable experience for everyone.

The Belstay Hotel is strategically located, easily reachable by car, and offers a free parking area.

🚗 By Car: The hotel is well-connected to major highways, offering convenient access from Venice and surrounding areas.

🚆✈️ By Train or Plane: If you’re arriving by train at Mestre FS – Railway Station or by plane you can find Bus transfer from Airport to Mestre FS – railway station. The hotel is a 25-minute walk away, but we strongly suggest using a taxi service for convenience!

From Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE)

You have several options to reach the hotel from Venice airport:

 

🚌 Bus to Mestre FS (recommended)

The most economical way to reach Mestre is by taking a bus to Mestre FS and then following one of the options below.

  • Travel time: ~20 minutes
  • Frequency: Every 20-30 minutes

🚖 Taxi 

The fastest way to reach the hotel directly. You can find many Taxi outside Airport – The fare depends on travel time and may cost around €40–50.

 

🚗 Private Transfer Service

If you prefer a personalized service with a private chauffeur who will meet you and pick you up at the airport, you can book a transfer from the airport directly to the Hotel. – This is a private driver service more expensive it may cost around €70-90!

 

From Treviso A.Canova Airport (TSF)

If you land in Treviso, you can take a direct bus to Mestre FS.

From Mestre FS (railway station) to the Hotel

Once at Mestre FS, you can reach the Belstay Hotel using one of the following options:

 

🚖 Taxi (recommended)

The fastest and most comfortable way to reach the hotel in about 5/10min depending on traffic. – The fare depends on travel time and may cost around €15–20.

 

🛺 Hotel Shuttle Service (Advance reservation required)

The Belstay Hotel provides a shuttle service, but only with prior reservation. The service operates at the following times:
🕢 From 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM (3 available rides once each 30min) and 17:30 PM to 21:00 PM

Direction walking from Mestre FS (underpass station) to Hotel Belstay Mestre (pedestrian entrance) Via della Fonte 25, Venezia Mestre At the exit of the station underpass, continue along Via Ulloa until the roundabout, follow it on the right and take the 2nd exit. Then continue along Via Giorgio Rizzardi until you reach the church of Sant'Antonio. Cross Piazza Sant'Antonio and turn left towards Piazza del Mercato. When you reach the roundabout of Piazza Concordia, turn right at the 2nd exit Continue along Via Domenico Giurinati, continue straight at the roundabout, still on Via Domenico Giurianti until you reach the intersection with Via C. Beccaria. Cross the pedestrian crossing to cross Via C. Beccaria and turn right in front of the Pizzeria Al Calesse to take Via Della Fonte. Continue straight at the small roundabout to continue straight on Via della Fonte until almost the end - Via della Fonte, 25 you will find the pedestrian entrance of the Hotel Belstay Mestre where the event is taking place. If you prefer walking, follow these directions:

  1. Exit the station’s underpass and walk straight along Via Ulloa until you reach a roundabout.
  2. Follow the roundabout to the right and take the 2nd exit.
  3. Continue on Via Giorgio Rizzardi until you reach Sant’Antonio Church.
  4. Cross Piazza Sant’Antonio and turn left towards Piazza del Mercato.
  5. At the Piazza Concordia roundabout, take the 2nd exit on the right.
  6. Continue on Via Domenico Giurati, passing a small roundabout, until you reach the intersection with Via C. Beccaria.
  7. Cross the pedestrian crossing in front of Pizzeria Al Calesse and enter Via della Fonte.
  8. Continue straight to Via della Fonte, 25, where you’ll find the Belstay Hotel pedestrian entrance.

Taking a bus from the station reduces walking time.

  1. Exit the station’s underpass and walk to the Giovannacci bus stop at the roundabout at the end of Via Ulloa.
  2. Take one of the following bus lines: ST2, 18, or 6L.
  3. Get off at Piazza Mercato bus stop.
  4. Final short walk:
    • Turn right onto Via Domenico Giurati, then continue on Via della Fonte to reach the hotel entrance at Via della Fonte, 25.
