What is NG Venice?
NG Venice is a Community-First event, created in collaboration with the local XE community and other #devfriends for the entire global Angular developer community. It’s an unmissable opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest framework features, share experiences and ideas, and immerse yourself in the vibrant Angular community!
This is a non-profit conference, organized thanks to a passionate team of friends and volunteers, all active members of the tech community. We’re engaged in numerous free events, meetups, workshops, and educational initiatives, all aimed at fostering growth and inclusivity in the tech world.
NG Venice is not just about learning; it’s a place to connect and network with developers of all ages and backgrounds. The agenda includes a blend of traditional talks and roundtable discussions to encourage dialogue and engagement in an inclusive and stimulating environment. During the workshop day, we are also proud to host ngGirls, supporting the inclusion of women in the tech industry.

Studies have shown that diverse teams—not just in age, gender, or ethnicity, but also in cognitive diversity (different ways of thinking and solving problems)—are more productive and creative. NG Venice actively works to break down cultural barriers, raise awareness about unconscious biases, and create a space where everyone feels at home.
Our Diversity and Inclusion Team, led by Daniele and Federica, is dedicated to:
- Ensuring everyone feels welcome, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, skin color, culture, religion, or dietary preferences.
- Engaging speakers who share our values and are committed to making NG Venice an inclusive and inspiring experience.
- Providing free education to individuals from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds, expanding the horizons of the Angular community.
- Continuously listening and learning to broaden our perspective and improve every year.
We believe diversity and inclusion not only enrich the participant experience but also benefit the entire Angular ecosystem, enhancing the experience for speakers, sponsors, trainers, and businesses using Angular.
Every team member is always ready to assist, and if you need special support, don’t hesitate to reach out. If you notice behavior that violates our Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it immediately so we can take the necessary actions. If you think we can improve in any way, please let us know. Our goal is to grow every year and enhance the experience for everyone.
